5. How long is the delivery time?
90% of our advertised items on the website are in stock. Thus, we can deliver the merchandise(s) as soon as you order. With our fast and efficient shipping and delivery, it will take approximately 2 to 7 days to receive your package with the standard shipping option.
6. How do I get a catalog?
We do not have a physical catalog available. All of our products are available
on our website.
7. Can I visit your local store?
We are an online exclusive store and do not have an offline store open to the public.

98% of our products are made in the USA.
9. Do you provide alteration service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide alteration service. If you need, check with an experienced seatstress/alteration store near you for the service.

They can run big or small. It depends on the manufacturer. We highly recommend
following the size chart.
11. Can I receive swatches of the products?
Because we do not manufacture, we do not have swatches available.
12. Can you customize colors / sizes?
Sorry, since we do not manufacture, we cannot customize color or size changes
to our products beyond the range we provide in Create Your Own Dress category.
13. How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive the tracking number by an email from us.
